1. Acceptance of Terms

• Not currently hold, or have previously held, an account that was suspended or terminated by eee999 for a breach of these Terms.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active eee999 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment method details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. eee999 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, eee999 reserves the right to close all such accounts without prior notice, cancel any pending or accrued bonuses, and withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Amounts found to have been obtained through bonus abuse via multiple accounts may be permanently forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

eee999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods currently supported on the platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are subject to change and will be displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT per transaction;
• Minimum withdrawal: as displayed in your account settings at the time of request;
• Currency: all transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳);
• Third-party payments: strictly prohibited — funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

eee999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a standard processing period. eee999 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or mobile financial service providers including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

In the event that a deposit is made by error or returned by a payment provider, eee999 will use reasonable efforts to return the funds to the originating account. Any bank or transfer charges incurred in connection with such returns may be deducted from the amount returned.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time eee999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant promotion, including:

• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts;

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the result recorded on eee999's servers, the server record shall prevail.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eee999 platform:

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

• Attempting to reverse or charge-back a deposit after wagering the associated funds;

eee999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, cancel any associated winnings, and recover funds from the account balance where applicable.

7. Sports Betting Rules
